Catching up!

Here is what's happening in my life... :)
I spent the summer in Princeton, NJ pursuing modeling and being a nanny to two adorable kids- Mari and Gordon! I was scouted in Kansas during school to model for Wilhelmina Models in NYC! I was very anxious to look into modeling more and find out if it was something that I really wanted to pursue. When I arrived in Princeton I was focused on modeling and I made some great memories from my time pursuing it. I was wanted by other top agencies like Next Models and Elite Models, but the only problem was the size of my waist- it wasn't skinny enough! After a lot of thought and prayer I decided not to do the modeling and I am very at peace about it! I got some awesome pictures- kudos to Eric Michelson and also got a glimpse of what a typical models day looks and feels like.
After all the modeling adventures were through I was on to being Nanny Jenna for Mari and Gordon! I totally fell head over heels in love with these kids! They are so adorable and loveable! I miss them already and I have only been gone for a week! Damon and Rehana were so generous in opening their home to me! I lived in the attic of their house and it felt like my own little appartment! I loved every minute of my stay with them and I will cherish all the mermories I made in Princeton!

Now I am back in Washington and I am trying to get settled only to move again! I will be going to Community College here in Bellevue so I can hopefully be done in 2 years! I'm planning on going to the Univesity of Wyoming for the spring semester to pursue speech pathology! I became intrested in speech pathology when I met Brady's nephew Brandt. He has speech issues and while on vacation in Florida with Brady and his family we attempted to work with Brandt on his speech. I loved helping him learn to communicate (I don't know if we help any haha) and I realized what a rewarding job it would be! I am so excited to start pursuing it, God directed my footsteps and even though I drug my feet through the mudd a few times I made it to where He wants me to be and I feel refeshed and excited to learn about my future profession! :)
